Once your child is admitted to our preschool program, please submit the documents listed below to complete the registration.

Copy of Birth or Baptismal Certificate
Immunization Record
(3) documents for proof of residency (ie. utility bills, cell phone bill, lease, tax bill etc.)
Copy of child custody agreement, if applicable.
